The CE40H Ring roller machine is an extraordinary machine, available with two or three driving rollers with digital readout of the position of the upper roller.
Equipped with a set of universal rollers.
Shaft diameter 40 mm, robust and heavy machine body, with rigid parts ideal for highly
repeatable work. The CE40H is the most requested Ercolina® Machine Ring roller machine!

- Set of universal rollers included with each machine
- Forged, treated and ground nickel-chromium steel shafts for maximum performance with minimal flexion
- Heavy and robust machine body with very rigid parts for high repeatability
- Ercolina patented upper roller descent system which minimizes profile deformation
- Controls with programmable touchpad and digital reading of the positioning of the central roller
- Possibility of storing up to eight (8) Programs and Limitless steps
- Threaded shafts equipped with micrometric adjustment ring nut for correct and easy positioning of the tools; the use of additional spacers is normally not required.
- Direct shaft guidance system
- The anti-twisting / anti-torsion lateral guide system for internal wing corner profiles is available on request
- The 2-speed model is also available
