The TM76 is a sensational machine, robust and rigid structure in high resistance steel with simple and intuitive digital control, variable bend speed capable of bending up to 76.2 x 3.5 mm (Standard Fe42 tube).
FEATURES
- GS500 spheroidal cast iron bending head.
- “Finger” closing system (Patented) with auxiliary system for stabilizing the hydraulic pressure of the slide.
- Early extraction of the mandrel by means of a hydraulic cylinder with through rod.
- Programmable bending C-axis and manual 2-axis spindle carriage positioning (Y=Feed and B=Rotation) with high-resolution encoder and adjustable standard mechanical stops.
- Two synchronized touch screens: one for digital display of the advance (Y Axis) and carriage rotation (B Axis) and one, with USB key and Limitless program storage capacity, for controlling the C bending axis.
- Hydraulic booster to push the tube into the die (optional).
