The GB100 SCNC6V3 has 6 programmable and hydraulically operated axes: carriage
movement (Y1 axis), rotation of the bending plane (B axis), bending angle (C axis), lateral slide movement (X2 axis), booster (Y2 axis) and mandrel movement (Y3 axis).

- GS500 spheroidal cast iron head with high mechanical strength and guide system in innovative configurations (Patented)
- Compact and hard-wearing bending axis, with chain and cylinder, which ensures a constant bend speed for high performance and precision.
- Mandrel extraction system operated by a cylinder with the possibility of programming early mandrel extraction.
- Touch screen control with 3D visualization of the tube and collision prevention system for tube/machine, tube/floor, tube/external elements, and tube/tooling.
- 6 programmable and electro-hydraulically operated axes: carriage movement (Y1 axis) and rotation of the bending plane (B axis) via electric motors; bending angle (C Axis), lateral slide movement (X2 Axis), booster (Y2 Axis) and mandrel movement (Y3 Axis) are hydraulic.
